Use Email to Send a Fax

If you know how to send an email, you already know how to send a fax.

But first, make sure the email address you wish to fax from is the same as the Contact Email Address on file for your account. To find your contact email address, log in to your account and go to My Settings > Personal Information.

If you want to send a fax from an address that is not your Contact Email Address, add it to the Trusted Email Addresses list by clicking My Settings > Fax Settings:

Next, follow these steps:

1. Open your email account to compose a message.

2. Enter the fax machine’s 10-digit phone number in the To: field followed by

To send a fax to an International number, enter (+), the country code, and the phone number in the To: field, followed by You can also send a fax to up to 100 fax machines by entering multiple numbers, separated by commas, in the To: field.

3. Enter cover page text into the Subject field.

4. Now attach the document you’d like to fax (click here for a list of supported file types) and click Send.

And that’s it! Your fax is on its way.
