Get the Most Out of RingCentral Microsoft Outlook Integration

Have you ever wanted to share a voice or fax message with a colleague? Thanks to RingCentral’s integration with Microsoft Outlook, doing so is as easy as sending an email. Just make sure you’ve installed RingCentral Call Controller™ first.

Want to fax something to one of your Outlook contacts? Go to File > Print and select RingCentral Internet Fax as your printer.

Want to call a contact? It’s just as easy – simply click RingOut in the Outlook toolbar.

Get your voicemail and fax messages delivered right to your Outlook inbox. Go to your online account and select My Settings > Notification Settings. Choose Send Notification with Attachment in the drop-down menus.

You can also set up call screening to identify who’s calling and bypass your screening rules if they’re in your Outlook contacts.
