Numbers like 1-800-FLOWERS or 1-800-CONTACTS probably ring a bell. They’re called vanity numbers. They can help make your business number easy to remember and give your company a nationwide presence.

If you’re already a RingCentral customer, it’s easy to add a vanity number to your account:

Go to My Settings in your online account. Click Add RingCentral Phone Number to find a number that’s right for your company.

Enter * to use wildcards. A wildcard makes it easy to find a number using specific words or numbers. For example, if you’d like the word “shop” in the last four digits of your number, search for “***-SHOP” to see what’s available.

Once you’ve selected your number, it’ll take 5-7 days to activate. You’ll get an email confirmation when your new number is ready to use.

Add a new number now.

Please note: a vanity number costs $4.99 per month, with a one-time charge of $30.

See instructions for adding a Vanity Number to your RingCentral account.
