Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh delivered a truly inspirational talk in yesterday’s RingCentral webinar. Tony’s presentation on “Delivering Happiness” included lessons he has learned in business and life, from running a pizza business to co-founding LinkExchange (acquired by Microsoft for $265 million), Zappos, and more. The well-known entrepreneur also revealed his philosophy on hiring and inspiring employees to instill a corporate culture of shared values, transparency, and delight. Ultimately, Tony’s wisdoms are applicable to both work and personal life.
