With Mother’s Day nearly upon us, we thought this a good opportunity to celebrate the growing number of women who balance running their own businesses with the challenges of also being mothers. In this post, we feature two amazing women who use RingCentral to successfully juggle the demands of business and parenthood.

tinapottslg Tina Potts of Comprehensive Backoffice Solutions, LLC certainly understands the challenges that go hand-in-hand with being a parent, a caretaker and a business owner. After Tina’s mother suffered a stroke several years ago, Tina opted to care for her full-time (on top of managing her children and her businesses).

To keep her companies thriving, Tina needed a solution that would streamline customer service, project a professional appearance and enable her to work from her home-based office. In her search for a phone system that would meet her needs, she found RingCentral. Its expansive feature set could empower Tina to successfully manage her businesses from home and provide the care that her mother required, she learned.

“I’m a big fan of RingCentral,” says Tina. “I tried a few other systems, but they didn’t compare to RingCentral. It helped me out tremendously when I needed to care for my mother, and no one ever knew that I was working from home.”

With her children becoming more independent, Tina now has more time for business development and is hiring others to work from their homes and in her office. And although she has significantly grown her business, RingCentral remains her phone solution.

damaris Damaris Radut, of Team 24-7 Realty in Brentwood, California, is another busy mother, balancing motherhood with a successful real estate business. Because she is extremely dedicated to helping her clients, Damaris needed a flexible phone solution that lets her receive and send faxes while on the go. She decided to give RingCentral a try and found the service to be ideal for her busy life.

According to Damaris, “With RingCentral, I can take my daughter to the park and still receive faxes on my iPhone. It is really convenient, and I love how it saves me time.”

Damaris, who is active in a number of mom entrepreneur groups and has a second business helping women-owned firms set up merchant accounts, frequently recommends RingCentral to other small business owners who are looking for a phone solution that can help them be more efficient and professional.

Happy Mother’s Day to Tina, Damaris, and  all of the mothers who are achieving success as both parents and business owners. We salute you and all of your efforts!
