phones Are you using desk phones with your RingCentral account? RingCentral offers many different pre-provisioned phone models at a number of price points, so there’s a RingCentral desk phone for everyone.

Configuring RingCentral phones is easy – our phones are “Plug and Ring” ready. That means making and receiving calls is as simple as plugging your phones into Ethernet and an electric outlet. (If your office uses Power-over-Ethernet, or PoE, you won’t even need a separate electric hookup.)

Should you need help configuring, setting up or using the desk phones you own, RingCentral’s Support Center should be your go-to resource. The Support Center has a section devoted exclusively to desk phones, so you can find the answers – by way of knowledge base articles and how-to videos – you need.

The Phones product page also includes phone support documents – specifically, it features configuration guides for third-party devices (i.e., those not sold directly through RingCentral). The configuration guides live in the “other phones” tab of the Phones section of our site.

The “Recommended Routers” page may prove helpful for phone administrators, as well, since phone performance is highly dependent on network quality. (That’s why we only recommend certain QoS-equipped routers for use with RingCentral Office.)

Whether you want to add new phones to your account or change the way your existing phones are configured, RingCentral’s support resources are here to help!
