Step 5) Fill in the date and time that you wish to schedule the meeting you will be hosting.

Choose an appropriate name for the meeting in the top field. You can then pick a date and time and scroll to the appropriate option. Set the duration of the meeting. Make sure to put in the time zone if the meeting is with customers or employees from different states or countries. You can also choose to make this a recurring meeting by clicking “Repeat” and setting it to daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or yearly. Specify if it will be a screen sharing meeting or a video meeting. It is up to you if you want to choose a password that employees must enter to make the meeting more confidential. If you wish to allow members to join the meeting before you are there, you can click the button at the bottom that says “Allow Join Before Host”. Once you are done, be sure to click “Done” at the top right corner of the screen.

An E-mail will be automatically generated for you with all the details of your upcoming meeting. Send this E-mail to all employees that will be in the meeting. The employees will receive a phone number to call so that they can enter the meeting from their mobile devices. Simply dial in the “Meeting ID” number and press the pound key to enter the meeting. Employees can also opt to join the meeting from a laptop or tablet.
