Available today in the App Store and the Play Store, respectively, the latest versions of the RingCentral app include several cool new features.
True mobile faxing
For the first time, you can use your iOS or Android device to send a RingCentral fax. Just look for the fax icon in the bottom of the app. RingCentral’s apps now integrate with CloudFax, so you can easily attach a file stored in your Dropbox account.

RingCentral introduced conferencing to all Office plans several months ago. Now, you can create a conference right from the RingCentral Android and iOS app. It’s also possible to invite attendees via email or Business SMS.
You can place calls through the RingCentral app using RingOut – which dials your personal cell phone number using your RingCentral number – or voice-over-IP (VoIP). Now, when placing calls over VoIP, there is a call-quality indicator in the top-left corner of the call window. Three dots means you can expect good quality; two dots means you will experience fair quality. One dot indicates poor quality.
