Exciting news: RingCentral’s FaxOut is simpler to use than ever. FaxOut has long served as a quick and easy way to send faxes via your web browser. The FaxOut service, available when you log in to your RingCentral account at https://service.ringcentral.com, enables you to create and send fax messages in a snap. All you need is an internet connection. Now, FaxOut plugs directly into some of the most popular cloud-storage services, including:

That means when you log in to your account, you can fax documents stored with those services in just a couple of clicks. All you need to do (after accessing your RingCentral account) is sign in to the cloud-storage website you use. You’ll only have to do this once, then permit FaxOut to access your stored files (this is a one-time thing, too).

db1 You’ll then be taken back to FaxOut, where you should be able to see and attach the files saved in your cloud-storage account.

db2 You can log in to any or all of the three available storage services, but only from one account at a time.

Enjoy this new feature! PS – this enhancement to FaxOut is available now to new RingCentral customers. Existing customers will have it by July 2.
