The way we work has changed dramatically over the past decade, and will continue to evolve with new business requirements and changing user expectations. Employees are now more mobile, more distributed, and working in a more connected digital world than ever before. However, the benefits of a more connected workplace come at a cost. Workers are overwhelmed by the plethora of communications apps that they use on a daily basis to get work done. In our recent survey* of 2,000 global knowledge workers, 70 percent said their communications volume is a challenge, and 66 percent said they want a single communications platform that will bring a greater sense of productivity and work efficiency.
Here at RingCentral, we’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how to solve this problem. We’re tackling it with what we call Collaborative Communications – it’s about enabling people to work the way they want by putting effective collaboration at the center and enabling seamless integrations with enterprise workflows.
At this year’s Enterprise Connect 2018, we will showcase new, innovative solutions that continue to revolutionize Collaborative Communications for today’s digital workforce including Collaborative Meetings, Collaborative Contact Center, and open platform integrations. Here are more details:
- Collaborative Meetings: The latest addition to RingCentral’s product portfolio is a new unified experience across video meetings and team messaging. Stand-alone RingCentral Meetings delivers integrated team messaging, web meetings, and video conferencing in a unified solution to enable a collaborative meetings experience. For additional details, read the RingCentral Collaborative Meetings press release.
- Collaborative Contact Center: RingCentral Contact Center™ integrated with intelligent bots and team collaboration revolutionizes customer experiences. This enables agents and supervisors to communicate and collaborate across their organizations in real-time to resolve customer issues efficiently. For additional information, read the Collaborative Contact Center press release.
- New platform integrations with Google Workspace: Open platform integrations are essential for enabling intelligent business workflows that save users time and enhance productivity. At the show, RingCentral will demonstrate new Google Workspace integrations that embed RingCentral across Google Workspace apps.
Each and every one of these solutions is designed to help companies create the digital workplace of today. We look forward to sharing more at Enterprise Connect 2018 in Orlando, Florida. You can catch demos of these new innovations at the RingCentral booth #1907.
