These days, on-the-go business people constantly switch between their smartphones, tablets and laptops. That’s why we introduced RingCentral Connect as part of our new Cloud Touch platform. RingCentral Connect is built on standard APIs, enabling easy integration with as many cloud services as possible. Currently, RingCentral works with cloud storage services such as Box, Dropbox, and Google Docs — enabling you to store your information in the cloud and then access that information through RingCentral from any compatible device. That means you can make that call, find that document, and send that fax from whichever device you happen to have with you.
A great example of RingCentral Connect is the CloudFax feature, which allows you to fax documents from your laptop or any compatible cloud storage service. We are especially excited about the newly launched Google Drive because it allows you to keep all your documents synced to Google Docs — making your data available whenever and wherever you need access.
