With RingCentral, you can record phone calls (as an alternative, for example, to taking notes) by simply pressing *9 on your keypad. To end and save the recording, press *9 again, or hang up and the call recording will be saved automatically.

To retrieve the call recording, login to your RingCentral online account. Click on the Messages tab, then navigate to the Recordings folder to access your recorded files. All recordings are saved for ninety days, and there is no file size limit.
