Today we announced our partnership with MicroCorp, a master agent in the US, based in Georgia. This partnership highlights RingCentral’s continued dedication to growing its thriving channel program, particularly with leading master agents, and MicroCorp is an excellent fit.

Few things get us more fired up than adding new partners to our channel program. Why? Because we love the advanced communications and collaboration capabilities our solutions bring to businesses. MicroCorp represents a magnification of our impact in the marketplace, as its agents will now supply these game-changing capabilities to their business customers around the country.

MicroCorp joins an elite group of RingCentral master agents. RingCentral continues to partner with the best companies through a targeted, strategic approach. We seek the right partners who are excited to sell RingCentral and are bubbling up with customer demand. Through RingCentral’s one-of-a-kind Channel Harmony program, we eliminate channel conflict. Our unique structure offers partners 100% commissions, subject-matter experts, and additional resources to reduce sales cycle length.

The addition of RingCentral to MicroCorp’s portfolio of offerings displays an exceptional synergy between the two companies that will bring cloud communications solutions to more customers. “I have admired both CEO, Karin Fields, and MicroCorp since their early days, almost 15 years ago; and in that time, MicroCorp has earned a sterling reputation. RingCentral and MicroCorp share a conviction that the adoption of cloud-based business communications will continue to accelerate in the coming years, fueled by a rising demand from companies that increasingly rely on mobile and globally distributed workforces. I’m delighted that they’ve chosen us as a supplier partner, and I’m confident that we’ll accomplish great things together,” says Zane Long, VP of Global Channel Sales, RingCentral.

Both RingCentral and MicroCorp recognize that the industry has reached an inflection point where businesses understand that it’s not a matter of if they should move to the cloud, but a matter of how. One of the mutual goals is to help partners educate their business customers about the different ways they can migrate to the cloud, without sacrificing the reliability, security, or quality of service they expect. MicroCorp’s emphasis on partner enablement blends beautifully with RingCentral’s highly collaborative partner program.

Welcome, MicroCorp. The future certainly looks bright for our partnership in 2018 and beyond. For more details about RingCentral’s new partnership with MicroCorp, read our press release.
