We are pleased to announce the launch of our new online Developer Community! While RingCentral has provided developers with access to an online forum using our general community site, today we are creating a dedicated place where our developers can ask questions, get answers and interact with both RingCentral staff and other RingCentral developers.
Using the RingCentral Developer Community can help get answers to your questions faster, provide more ideas on integration possibilities, and allow you to showcase your expertise using our systems. With today’s launch, you will find useful information relating to integration with the RingCentral cloud communications service, including:
- Information on common support topics
- Best practices for integration with our APIs
- Questions and answers on specific use cases and implementations
- Conversations on how to improve the RingCentral Connect Platform
Additionally, the RingCentral Developer Community is tightly integrated with the RingCentral General Community providing services for our end users and administrators. The two are linked via federated search allowing a single search to return results from both sites and highlighting existing conversations you may be interested in joining.
To participate in the RingCentral Developer Community, please “Sign In” in using your main RingCentral account credentials and get started right away.
We will, of course, continue to support our customers via our support channels but recommend checking and asking on the Developer Community first before opening a support ticket.
We are exited to bring this online resource to our developers to accelerate development time and create a place where our developers can interact with one another, ask questions and share their expertise.
