Launched in February, the RingCentral Office 10.0 release features enhancements that improve management for administrators and boost productivity for end users.
Simplified multi-site management
Our new multi-site support feature enables simplified management of your multi-site business. By defining each site within your account, you can now view your various users and phone numbers by location, delegate administrative capabilities to your local site managers, and set individualized outbound caller ID names and custom call handling rules based on each of your site’s unique company hours, time zones, and language preferences, just to name a few.
Enhanced Google Workspace integration
Also in 10.0, we’re enhancing our deep integration with Google’s Google Workspace platform to increase productivity and enhance communications. In addition to SAML-based Single Sign-on and Auto-provisioning, which were rolled out with Google last year, you now have the ability to enable Google Directory, Google Contacts, and Google Calendar when you enable the RingCentral Google integration.
New Professional Services offer
We are excited to introduce a new RingCentral Professional Services offer called Rooms in a Box. Now, with fixed-price, all-inclusive service packages, our experienced team can provide everything from hardware selection and delivery to on-site implementation and training – helping you transform any meeting space into a one-touch, video-enabled conference room setup.
With the addition of new international data centers, RingCentral Global Office is now supported in Japan, South Korea, Argentina, and Peru. Today, our RingCentral Global Office solution is available across 37 countries in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and now in Latin America as well. In addition, we have introduced a new unlimited global calling plan covering more than 100 countries for our US and Canada customers.
