Going to Dreamforce 2016? We’re anticipating an even bigger and more exciting Dreamforce this year, and we’re eager to share the program we’ve lined up. Join us to learn how cloud communications integrated into Salesforce enables your team to be more agile, responsive, and successful.

Executive speaking sessions offer deep insights

We’re holding a series of in-depth speaking sessions, which is a good opportunity to learn about RingCentral’s vision and business value. Hear David Lee, VP of Product Platform, deliver his presentation: “Contextual Communication Helps You Deliver Customer Success.” This will be a fantastic opportunity to learn how cloud communications can have an incredibly positive effect on your customer engagement. Mark your calendar for Wednesday, October 5, 11:30 a.m.

Marco Casalaina, the VP of Applications, is giving a presentation entitled “All the Channels, Half the Cost: Build Multichannel Support on a Budget.” Marco will explore how you create a first-class, highly economical multichannel support structure with unified communications. The session takes place Friday, October 7, 9 a.m.

A third session, entitled “Integrating a Phone System with Customer Support and CRM Systems,” is being conducted by David Van Der Steen, Senior Product Marketing Manager. He’ll cover the benefits of deeper insights into your customer calls, productivity gains, and increasing call center efficiencies. The session will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 4 p.m.

Come booth # 1743 for a hands-on demo that illustrates how RingCentral Office—our industry-leading, enterprise cloud business communications system—integrates with Salesforce to deliver powerful insights with every call. You can also set up a one-on-one session with a RingCentral technical expert.

Socialize and satisfy your palate

Relax and do a little networking and mingling with fellow attendees. We’re hosting a cocktail reception at the world-famous Hakkasan restaurant on Tuesday, October 4, 7–11 p.m. I would also be delighted if you could join us for a Japanese-California-fusion dining experience during our luncheon at Anzu Bar & Restaurant on October 6, 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Enter for your chance win brag-worthy swag

We’ll be giving away two 360fly video cameras twice daily. One extremely lucky attendee will win the grand prize raffle—a Vespa scooter. So come by booth #1743 to enter these amazing raffles.

The team at RingCentral is excited as Dreamforce approaches. Visit the RingCentral Dreamforce 2016 page to set up your one-on-one consultation with an expert, learn about executive sessions, RSVP for events, download informative assets, and more. I’m looking forward to seeing you there.
