The new RingCentral support center is here!

What does that mean for you? First, we’ve consolidated all RingCentral support content – both videos and knowledge base articles – into one place. That means you can find out how to configure your RingCentral system with a minimum of hassle.

Need to get information on changing your credit card information, for example? Simply click the Billing button on the support center’s main page, then look in the “Related Topics” area on the right for the post entitled “Update Credit Card Number”.

Second, the new support center enables you to check the status of your existing support cases. To see your open cases, click the black “Contact Support” button (it’s at the top right corner of every support center page). Then look for the “check my case status” link near the bottom of the Contact Support page. Check case status

Third, we’ve added greatly improved search functionality. Search (found in the search bar near the top of each page in the support center) is now powered by Google, so you can find the content you’re looking for as quickly as possible.

Finally – and perhaps most importantly – the support center allows for new-case creation*. To create a case, simply click “Contact Support” and select the “Open a Case” option. You’ll be prompted to log in and enter the details of your service issue – you can even attach supporting documents if you’d like. Once your case has been filed, you can check its status (as described above).

*Note – case creation is only available to those on the latest RingCentral platform, to which all customers are being migrated. This process is ongoing and should wrap up within the next couple of months.
