Integrations are essential for productive work environments, and RingCentral continually enhances and automates workflows between your favorite cloud applications.

Skype for Business is a communications tool that allows users to collaborate in real time for chat, audio, and video with desktop sharing. The RingCentral for Skype for Business integration makes it easy for your teams to access RingCentral’s enterprise-grade communications features without having to leave their favorite Microsoft apps. RingCentral simplifies your business workflows to increase productivity.

What’s new

RingCentral for Skype for Business 2.0 includes key features, such as enhanced inbound call controls, outbound call settings, and presence settings, among others. RingCentral designed this latest version with the user in mind, delivering a much more integrated user experience focused on personal and organizational productivity.

The RingCentral widget is now seamlessly integrated within the footer of the native application for a much more intuitive experience, and the redesigned UX guarantees a consistent user experience across all RingCentral endpoints. Additional settings enable you to quickly initiate a call with any Skype for Business contact with one click or update your RingCentral presence settings right from within Skype for Business.

The redesigned user interface allows you to more seamlessly send and receive calls and SMS messages to any number, start an audio conference with up to 1,000 participants with one click, and initiate RingCentral online meetings—all within Skype for Business.
