1. Evernote: FREE

The ever popular Evernote will change forever your perspective on note-taking. The app enables you to type in notes and then organize them through folders and tags. You can also attach images through your phone’s camera and save entire web pages including text, images, and links. All notes are stored in the cloud and synced across all configured devices, allowing you to access and search your notes from anywhere. A paid premium version with even more bells and whistles is available.

Box is a free cloud storage service that lets you save up to 5GB of data so you can later access and share them from any synced device including your computer. The other wonderful thing? Box is integrated with RingCentral: you can send faxes of your Box documents through your RingCentral account.
