This was one of my favorite posts to write in 2013, simply because I learned a lot about network technology. (A hat tip goes to RC sales engineer Tim “Reno” Renollet for educating me.) So what’s the best network connection for a RingCentral implementation? You’ll have to read the post to find out!

This post lands in the No. 1 spot because of the trend it illuminates. As the infographic in the post describes, smartphone use is ramping up in the corporate world. Tellingly, about half of the corporate workforce uses a smartphone for business communications when sitting next to a desk phone. Smartphones are the future of business communications – a future we are fully prepared to support!
