RingCentral® Emergency Services Policy

This policy forms part of and is governed by the agreement between Customer and RingCentral. Terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the agreement.

Access to Taiwan emergency services such as 110, 119, 112 (“Taiwan Emergency Services”) are not provided or available on the RingCentral software applications and services (including without limitation some soft phones). You must make alternative arrangements to access Taiwan Emergency Services, such as using a traditional landline or mobile telephone, and you should not rely on RingCentral to make emergency calls.
