New support for EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

US and Canadian RingCentral Office® Premium™ and Ultimate™ customers can now send receive SMS and MMS messages internationally via our SMS API with our new global messaging add-on.

EMEA Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzeland, Sweden, United Kingdom
LATAM Argentina, Brazil
APAC Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan

RingCentral Embeddable add-ons

RingCentral Embeddable add-ons include a voice widget that allows you to add voice and SMS capabilities to nearly any app in 15 minutes or less and the ability to interface with third-party add-ons:

  • Load custom contacts
  • Create conference call invitations
  • Log calls in third-party apps 
Message retention APIs

Greater control and customization to ensure compliance.

Administrators have a broader range of control. RingCentral Office Premium and Ultimate administrators can now access message retention APIs to read and delete messages for compliance and retention use cases.

RingCentral app notes and events APIs

Collaborate and share information and calendars.

RingCentral Office Premium and Ultimate customers can now utilize our API to create new notes and events within RingCentral. Easily share and collaborate, sync calendars, and even allow for third-party scheduling.

RingCentral for Zendesk

Enhanced UX and new features for RingCentral for Zendesk integration.

Boost user productivity with RingCentral for Zendesk by allowing customers to make and receive RingCentral calls from any device, and click to dial numbers from within Zendesk. Incoming calls automatically bring up matching client records and create new Zendesk cases.

RingCentral Archiver

Archive important files to your Box account.

RingCentral Office Premium and Ultimate customers can now automatically archive voicemails, SMS messages, call recordings, and faxes by using RingCentral Archiver for Box.
