New RingCentral app

The new RingCentral app provides robust softphone calling capabilities from anywhere, on any device. Office customers can call, collaborate with team messaging, and hold online meetings from Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices and from the web (full calling is supported on Chrome browsers).

Audit Trail

Easily track changes made by users and administrators within your phone system. Audit Trail enables large enterprises to track phone system changes made by multiple administrators and empowers admins to quickly troubleshoot user-related issues. Access detailed change logs, download account history, and search logs using filters and text-based search.

High availability desktop and mobile apps

RingCentral is constantly investing in optimizing stability and reliability. We’re introducing new desktop and mobile app enhancements to ensure an end-to-end system that is highly available, including:

  • Additional backups and redundancies that maximize call and message completion
  • Logout warning messages for VoIP-only users 
  • Login error handling
