Global updates

RingCentral expanded Global Office® coverage in three more countries plus localization for multiple Chinese languages.

RingCentral Global Office in Chile, Colombia, and Costa Rica

With the addition of Chile, Colombia, and Costa Rica, RingCentral now supports Global Office in 42 countries. Global Office streamlines businesses and connects global workforces by simplifying IT administration, billing, and call routing. Customers doing business in Chile, Colombia, and Costa Rica can now have:
  • Local phone coverage
  • Global extension-to-extension calling
  • Device shipping
  • Shared regional calling minutes 
  • Local emergency services

Chinese localization

RingCentral now offers Chinese language localization in Mandarin, Cantonese, and simplified and traditional Chinese for mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong on desk phones (Polycom® and Yealink), in the RingCentral Phone™ mobile app, and in online account settings. Support for Chinese localization on the RingCentral Phone desktop app will be offered in a future release.

1-300 numbers now available in Australia

RingCentral has expanded coverage in Australia with the 1-300 shared cost number available to all our users.

Premium audio conferencing numbers

RingCentral audio conferencing includes local dial-in numbers for over 50 countries. With the launch of premium audio conferencing, admins can now provision toll-free and local conferencing numbers for a total of 119 countries. Additional charges apply.
