May 2018 Release

Access RingCentral Glip directly from the RingCentral Meetings app

Simplify collaboration with a seamless workflow and improved user experience. You can now access Glip team messaging and collaboration, so there’s no need to interrupt a task or project to open up separate tools in order to get the job done.

RingCentral Meetings participant capacity increase

Now you can host larger interactive meetings to meet your growing business needs. With this release, the participant capacity for RingCentral Meetings has increased from 50 to 100 for RingCentral Office Premium™ customers and from 75 to 200 for RingCentral Office Ultimate™ customers.

Schedule meetings on behalf of others—right from Outlook

Scheduling meetings for your colleagues just got easier. The RingCentral Meetings integration with Microsoft Outlook® has been improved to allow you to schedule your team members’ meetings from your own Outlook Calendar without requiring access to theirs.

RingCentral Rooms™ end-to-end encryption

Your security is always our top priority. All customers with RingCentral Rooms licenses now experience improved security with end-to-end encryption. End-to-end encryption ensures that meeting data transmitted across a user’s network is protected by using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) with a 256-bit key. Our meetings technology meets the stringent security requirements of businesses in information-sensitive industries, such as healthcare and legal.
