Scroll through the list to choose a number.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Invite to a conference call: <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tap <strong>More<\/strong>, then <strong>Conferencing<\/strong>, then click to invite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>To make calls using home phone by updating extension settings: <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to <strong>My profile<\/strong>, then to <strong>Extension settings<\/strong>, then <strong>Call handling and forwarding<\/strong>. From here, you can specify exactly how to make and receive calls.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>While on a call: <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tap <strong>Call actions<\/strong>, then tap what you\u2019d like to do: <strong>Transfer<\/strong>, <strong>Flip<\/strong>, <strong>Record<\/strong>, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Auto-receptionist<\/h3>\n<div class=\"rc-responsive-embed\"><iframe title=\"Auto Receptionist Settings | RingCentral Office Demo\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/mO4mCm3Qq8s?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This video shows you how to set your auto-receptionist settings as an Admin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From the admin interface, click <strong>Auto-receptionist<\/strong>. Under <strong>General settings<\/strong>, you can set call handling rules for each geographical site you have set up in the admin portal. The settings here include business hours, IVR menus, custom answering rules and call recording options.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>IVR menus<\/strong> gives you an overview of which IVR menus you\u2019ve created. The <strong>IVR Editor<\/strong> allows you to create and manage specific IVR menus.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Interactive voice response (IVR) menu<\/h3>\n<div class=\"rc-responsive-embed\"><iframe title=\"A Guide to Working From Home | IVR Walk-Through\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DkLFWcW6lPQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This video shows you how to set up an interactive voice response (IVR) menu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From the admin interface, click <strong>Auto-receptionist<\/strong> to open the dropdown menu. If you click <strong>IVR menus<\/strong> you can see your existing menus and create others. You can change IVR settings by going to <strong>General settings<\/strong> and clicking on <strong>IVR settings<\/strong>, which shows you which IVR menu you currently have active.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To create a new IVR menu, click <strong>IVR editor<\/strong> and then click <strong>Launch visual IVR editor<\/strong>, which is the best place to create a menu. The visual editor shows the IVR as a tree, so the logic is easier to follow. When creating the menu, you can either use the \u2018text to speech\u2019 function, which automatically creates audio from your text input, or you can upload prerecorded audio files or record directly into the editor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Have a crack at these walkthroughs to help you start setting up your business to enable employees to work from home.
