We\u2019re incredibly proud of what our teams have accomplished and the support from throughout the company.<\/p>\n<p>Among many of the efforts we made, we\u2019re most proud of pushing our sustainability program forward \u2013 committing first to net zero for our UK office. We surveyed all of our primary stakeholders to find out what is most meaningful to them, and we worked diligently to raise our ESG ratings to AA with MSCI, 63 (Silver medal) with Ecovadis, and prime with ISS. We also established the RingCentral Foundation, 501(c)(3) to enhance our commitment to charitable giving.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"heading h3\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringcentral.com\/corporate-responsibility.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-dl-name=\"Read the 2022 RingCentral Impact Report\" data-dl-element=\"link\" data-dl-additional-info=\"post content link\"><strong>Read the 2022 RingCentral Impact Report<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Here are a few more highlights of what we accomplished in 2022:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Completed a materiality assessment<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Set 2022 as the baseline energy consumption year<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Established formal ESG oversight at the board, executive, and leadership levels<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Implemented ESG reporting software<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Commitment to net zero by 2050 for our UK office<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Established the RingCentral Foundation<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Identified better process to track and increase our supplier diversity<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Won the Frost &amp; Sullivan Enlightened Growth Leadership award<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our AVP of ESG Jen Hill says, \u201cI couldn\u2019t be more proud of the work we\u2019ve done in 2022 to advance our program so much in so little time. To take our program from its bootstrapped beginnings to the strong foundation it is now, in just one year- it\u2019s tremendous.
