Disruption has defined the last few months for most businesses. Companies have had to adapt rapidly to an environment that no one could have predicted. Yet, despite this, we\u2019ve had an opportunity to see just how incredible remote working can be. With the cloud to support us, teams have been just as productive, if not more valuable, when working from home.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Amidst the threat of a second wave, and precautions being focussed more locally, remote work<\/a> still plays a big role in supporting the economy and delivering essential services. <\/span>54% of employees<\/span><\/a> say they want to continue mainly working remotely in the post-COVID environment. Companies themselves also see how effective work from anywhere can be. Maintaining this strategy in the future will allow for happier employees, better work\/life balance, and even improved shift patterns.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cloud-based tools and the opportunity to work remotely will also widen the net for public sectors when attracting talent. This means that it will be easier for groups to attract the best people for open positions.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t
