A <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.apa.org\/news\/press\/releases\/2017\/11\/lowest-point.aspx\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">recent survey<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the American Psychological Association found that more than half of Americans say the news <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/time.com\/5125894\/is-reading-news-bad-for-you\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">causes them stress<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and many report feeling fatigue, anxiety, or sleep loss as a result. The sudden and near-constant stream of news reports about an outbreak can cause anyone to feel worried.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cGet the facts; not the rumors and misinformation. Gather information at regular intervals, from the WHO website and local health authorities platforms, to help you distinguish facts from rumors.
