As enterprise businesses navigate the many challenges of a completely reformed workplace, we’ve seen cloud providers innovate faster than ever before. To meet customers’ needs, communications providers have had to address requirements that many of us could not have predicted two years ago. Keeping teams connected in an age when many now work remotely while still focusing on the user experience has been paramount for providers during the past couple of years.
This is something we heard a lot about at the 2022 Comms Council awards.
Recently, Communications trade association, Comms Council UK, announced the winners of their annual industry awards, where RingCentral was named Best Enterprise Service. As a long-term association member, the team was delighted to attend the ceremony.
Comms Council UK serves over 100 VoIP and Internet Telephony members. The team runs these annual awards to celebrate best practices, innovation and achievements in the telecommunications sector. With a competitive selection process, RingCentral demonstrated impressive business service, exceptional customer service and ingenuity.
With innovation at the top of the agenda for many providers, RingCentral faced stiff competition from network operators, resellers, suppliers and consultants throughout the industry.
The Best Enterprise Service Award is given to the business that delivers the most compelling service for enterprise customers. Entrants had to demonstrate customer growth and retention, a strong selection of business features and benefits, and an exemplary customer story showcasing their approach to service and adding value.
In addition to the Best Enterprise Service Award, RingCentral was highly commended in the Best Multi-national Service and Best Innovation categories.
While there were plenty of businesses called out in the enterprise category, there were also fantastic organisations nominated for their focus on small business. RingCentral was proud to sponsor the SOHO category, recognising the company that has produced the most well-rounded service for small business customers. Our UK country manager, Louise Newbury-Smith, presented the award to bOnline.
The entire RingCentral team have worked relentlessly to meet customers’ changing needs. We’re proud of never standing still and providing a platform that’s been built to help people feel connected, productive and well-balanced while working from anywhere. By continually questioning the status quo and striving for better, we’ve successfully changed the game for so many of our customers, helping to improve their experience.
In light of this, we want to extend a huge thank you to the wider RingCentral team. Likewise, thank you to Comms Council UK, a valuable source of industry guidance, and our valuable partners and customers as we celebrate this accolade.
Congratulations to all finalists and winners of the Comms Council Awards! You can see the full results on their website.
