Creating a safe and uplifting culture takes a team.  It is hard work. It takes time. But it is something we are completely dedicated to at RingCentral. In fact, it’s something that we’ve ensured right from the start. While we have several policies in place to support diversity, we also provide continuous training that help make us aware of and  break down any unconscious biases we may have, leading to a healthier and safer work environment. We also believe that global businesses that leverage diversity and inclusion can benefit from increased engagement and drive innovation. We know this is a journey with no defined end point. Instead it’s a process whereby we focus on continually making progress.

Our goal at RingCentral is to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and is respected—including the LGBTQ community, which is why we are proud to have been recognized by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, an organization that works to increase understanding and encourages the adoption of LGBTQ-inclusive policies and practices. Their Corporate Equality Index (CEI) presents companies an opportunity to benchmark efforts against their best practice and evaluates LGBTQ-related policies, including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.

We are thrilled to announce that—for the third year in a row—RingCentral was awarded a 100% ranking and designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality for 2021! This is an achievement we are extremely proud of and that validates our dedication to embracing diversity and being inclusive.
