SMS Campaign Registration

Carriers are now requiring brand registration. To complete your registration please download the below form and submit via the embedded secure Box link.

Mobile carriers are requiring campaign registration to ensure messages are compliant with their guidelines, as well as to help identify real businesses and cut down on spam. Failure to register may result in your SMS being blocked by carriers.

The Campaign Registry is a reputation authority for business messaging on 10DLC, coordinating campaign registration for multiple carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

Registration costs vary depending on business classification and SMS usage. Costs include one-time registration fees and monthly registration fees. Most customers should expect a minimum of $19 in one-time fees, and a $1.50-$10 per month recurring fee. As fees are per campaign and not per number, a single campaign can cover all of your numbers.
