RingCentral Deepens Integrations Within the Microsoft Ecosystem

Dynamics 365 users can now better focus on the business at hand by eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications. RingCentral for Microsoft Dynamics 365 allows users to:

  • Place calls and send SMS messages within Dynamics 365 with click-to-dial and click-to-SMS
  • Access real-time analytics thanks to integrated Dynamics CRM reports that utilize RingCentral call attributes
