RingCentral University training at ConnectCentral 2017

Date: Monday, October 23, noon–5:00 p.m.

Register for ConnectCentral 2017 and attend one of three training tracks designed for administrators of various skill levels. Select from:

Level 1: This session is ideal for new RingCentral solution administrators or those looking to increase their comfort level with settings, services, and applications.

Level 2: Experienced administrators should join this session to learn more detailed network troubleshooting techniques.

Contact Center: Our trainer will walk you through using Basic Studio Development for your IVR, so you can create an impressive IVR experience for your callers. You’ll learn to build and read a script and gain a strong grasp of the actions it contains.

RingCentral University is online and tuition free.  

RingCentral University provides anytime, anywhere training and support for both system administrators and users—and best of all, it is included free with RingCentral Office. In August 2017, we began the process of enabling customer access to RingCentral University. All system administrators and users will be enabled by the end of October. Email notifications are sent to system administrators once RingCentral University has been enabled for their users. To log in, customers use their RingCentral Office username and password.
