2) Consistently make quality a priority. Customers must know they are going to get top-quality product or service from you. Failure to deliver on your promises will ignite frustration and discontentment and incite customers to go elsewhere.

3) Be willing to go above and beyond. Always be willing to advise your customers, even if it’s not part of the paid service. If a customer knows that you are there to genuinely help them out, they will be much more likely to come back to you.

4) Inspire gratitude. If customers like your product or service, they will be inclined to make it a part of their daily life. Making customers feel good about your brand will lead them to feel grateful that you’re making their life more convenient.

5) Create happiness from within. Don’t just focus on your customers – pay attention to making your staff happy. These are the people who will make your business a success, and if they’re not happy, they won’t make your customers happy.
