ChenMed Deploys RingCentral Office® and RingCentral Contact Center for Improved Patient Care

The company was created to address the fractured state of doctor-patient care for seniors, a situation experienced firsthand by the founder in his successful battle with cancer. Today, ChenMed patients experience 38% fewer days hospitalized than the national average for seniors, despite the fact that most of them are living with five or more major and chronic conditions.

With 1,900 RingCentral Office seats, ChenMed has a seamless experience that helps employees stay connected with patients and other colleagues across the entire enterprise.

In addition, RingCentral Contact Center now also supports 325 ChenMed help-desk agents on the front line to deliver greater patient engagement and flexibility. ChenMed uses advanced routing, queuing, and call distribution to provide more personal care to new and existing patients. The next phase of ChenMed’s deployment is to leverage RingCentral’s open platform APIs, which will enable its team to customize day-to-day workflows and drive operational efficiencies.
