Walt Weisner is the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Care at RingCentral, where he is responsible for delivering top-notch service to RingCentral’s customers and partners. Weisner is an experienced SaaS executive with a solid record of building world-class service and support organizations focused on delivering success for both small-business and enterprise customers. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Care at Good Technology. There, he developed and scaled key areas, including customer and partner satisfaction programs and worldwide customer care—and he also led the company’s cross-functional customer experience initiatives. Prior to Good Technology, Weisner held executive leadership positions at ServiceNow, Shoretel, and WebEx, where he developed and nurtured highly successful post-sales service and support teams in charge of worldwide technical support, training and certification, installed base-account management, customer retention, and voice-of-the-customer programs. He also led similar teams at InternetConnect and Nextel.
