Leading the team is our new SVP of professional services, Derrell James, who has more than 30 years of experience at technology companies including Avaya and EMC. His leadership will be beneficial to our customers across every phase of deployment and integration to deliver maximum ROI for our customers.
RingCentral continues to invest in all areas across the organization and expand capabilities in order to keep up with the growth of our revenue and market share. In professional services we’re focusing on three key areas:
- Talent: In addition to hiring Derrell James to lead the charge, we’ve added numerous certified enterprise project management professionals and solution engineers to add rigor and enhance the skill-sets in migrating our enterprise customers to the cloud.
- Global: To support our growing base of multinational enterprises, we’ve expanded our global professional services team to handle deployments in Poland, Ukraine, Spain, France, Germany, Philippines, Ireland, India and UK and other countries where businesses are using RingCentral Global Office.
- Certified Delivery Partners: To keep pace with our momentum in the channel, our certified delivery partners, who play an important role in allowing us to scale in order to provide services to our global customers.
