You must respond to the email with your mailing address within 24 hours to claim your prize. Anyone who doesn’t responded to the email within the given time period will be considered a forfeit of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Contest is only applicable to entrants 18 and older in the United Kingdom.

RingCentral® #2016CloudOfficeGames U.K. Employee Contest Official Rules
No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. This is a skills-based competition.
PROMOTER: The Promoter of the RingCentral® #2016CloudOfficeGames (the “Contest”) is RingCentral, Inc., 85 Uxbridge Road, Floor 2, Ealing, London
W5 5TH (“Promoter”).
CONTEST PERIOD: Contest begins at 12:01 AM London Time (GMT) on August 1, 2016 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT on August 31, 2016 (the “Contest Period”). Entries must be submitted during the Contest Period to be eligible to receive an award. Late entries will be disqualified, and Promoter will determine the timing of entries in its sole discretion.
ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Contest you must be a lawful citizen or permanent resident of the United Kingdom who must be and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (an “Entrant,” and collectively, “Entrants”). Contest is void if outside of the United Kingdom. The Contest, and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto, is intended for viewing only within the United Kingdom. You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not physically located within the United Kingdom when you enter the Contest. Employees, officers, directors, resellers, agents, affiliates and representatives of Promoter and other participating partners, including their affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “RingCentral Entities”), and their immediate families and members of their households, and anyone professionally connected to the Contest, are ineligible to participate in the Contest. Entrants must have a valid email address and Twitter® or Instagram® account to enter. The Contest is subject to English law. The eligibility of Entrants shall be determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, eligible participants will be invited to view the Contest requirements via a blog post. The blog post is viewable here. To enter the Contest, an Entrant must re-post /share #2016CloudOfficeGames images or messaging on any of the following social channels: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram, using the hashtag #2016CloudOfficeGames, and also using the handle @ringcentralUK (an “Entry,” or collectively, “Entries”). Entries must include the aforesaid hashtags and handle to be entered in the Contest.
Each post will gain an Entrant one (1) entry into the Contest.
Promoter shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether an entry meets the eligibility criteria to participate in the Contest. Promoter’s decisions regarding eligibility and all other aspects of the Contest are final and binding. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on a social media handle, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the social media handle submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, the platform, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or social media handles. In the event of on-going dispute, Promoter has the right to determine the identity of entrants in its sole discretion.
AWARDS: Winners will be chosen at random. Each award winner will receive one (1) mug decorated with one of the #2016CloudOfficeGames images. No cash value is associated with the mug and under no circumstances will any cash equivalent be issued in lieu of a gift card.
WINNERS: All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be judged and scored by representatives of Promoter (“Judges”). NOTIFICATION: The Award Winners will be contacted on or about October 15, 2016. Promoter will also attempt to notify winners by tagging the entrant using their applicable social media handle. Any notification returned as undelivered may result in disqualification at Promoter’s sole discretion.
Prizewinners may be required to provide proof of identity subsequent to the notification attempt. If an Award Winner fails to return the required documentation by the specified deadline, the award may be forfeited and an alternate winner determined by Promoter. Acceptance of any award constitutes permission to use the winner’s Entries and his/her name, personal information and likenesses without further compensation.
ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period and the quality of the Entries submitted.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Ownership of the underlying intellectual property of the Entrant in its Entry remains the property of its rightful owner, and no transfer of ownership shall be affected by virtue of participation in the Contest. Each Entrant grants Promoter the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable right and license to reprint, copy, transmit, display, reproduce, perform, use, create derivative works from, and exhibit any Entry and/or materials and information submitted by such Entrant, including, but not limited to, for use in Promoter’s future promotions.
Each participating Entrant hereby represents and warrants that any Entry and other materials and information provided by Entrant are original to Entrant and do not violate or infringe upon the copyrights, trade marks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, and do not violate any laws, rules or regulations. If the Entry or information or materials provided by Entrant contain any content or elements that are not owned by Entrant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, Entrant represents he or she has obtained, prior to submission of the Entry and information or materials, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit use and exploitation of the Entry and information and materials by Promoter without additional compensation of any kind.
Each Entrant represents and warrants that the Entry and materials and information provided do not contain information considered by Entrant, Entrant’s employer, employees or personnel, or any other third party to be confidential. Entrant agrees that Promoter has the right to verify the ownership and originality of all Entries and that, upon Promoter’s request, Entrant must submit a written copy of any release or permission Entrant has received from a third party granting Entrant the right to use such property. Entrant understands and acknowledges that in the event Entrant is selected as a winner based on an Entry, and Entrant’s ownership, rights and the originality of the Entry cannot be verified to the satisfaction of Promoter in its sole discretion, or is in any other way ineligible, Promoter may select an alternate Prize winner.
GENERAL RULES: By participating in this Contest, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Promoter, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry process or the operation of the Contest; violates or attempts to violate these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries must not contain, as determined by Promoter, in its sole discretion, any content that:
- promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing);
- promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;
- promotes any particular political agenda or message;
- is obscene, offensive or inappropriate;
- endorses any form of hate or hate group;
- appears to knowingly duplicate any other submitted entries;
- defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
- is profane, sexually explicit or suggestive, or unnecessarily violent or derogatory, whether of any person, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, profession, age or otherwise;
- denigrates or may denigrate the Promoter’s brand or products, the Contest, or any other third party brand, product or service;
- communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will with which Promoter’s wishes to be associated; and/or violates, or incites any violation of, any law.
Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of Promoter, and, at its option, grant the awards from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation.
