New Certified Delivery Partner Program Enhances Professional Services on Global Scale To Support Enterprise Needs
We’re happy to announce the launch of a new program that extends our Professional Services offering for enterprises. Our Certified Delivery Partner Program is designed to service global enterprise customers with world-class care – including technical design, implementation, network configuration, integrations, monitoring services, and training. Developed to scale, the program is customizable according to the level of professional services capabilities and geographic reach a customer may need.
The fact of the matter is that enterprises are increasingly migrating to the cloud, which enables them to scale their business more rapidly. At RingCentral, we’re dedicated to our customers, offering not only the scalable, enterprise-grade business communications solutions they want, but also the professional services capabilities they may require. Our certified delivery partners are an extension of our internal Professional Services team, working diligently to ensure customers are fully leveraging their business communications solutions.
Together with the global expansion of RingCentral Office announced earlier this year, we’ve rapidly expanded our Professional Services offerings and worldwide availability, forging strategic partnerships with industry-leading delivery partners to achieve the scale necessary to serve enterprises. The team is comprised of experts in enterprise communications with many years of cloud technology domain knowledge, hands-on experience, adept at assessing network and implementation requirements, and applying best practices for successful customer deployments.
Our program was built to directly address the needs of larger enterprises migrating from on-premise legacy PBX systems to RingCentral’s cloud communications solutions. To date, we’ve signed multiple national and regional certified delivery partners with the roll out of this new program, and we expect the number of partners to grow rapidly. Many of the partners are resellers of RingCentral, who play a key role in selling to large enterprise customers, as well as providing professional services.
