The New RingCentral Support Center: Salesforce.com Integration
RingCentral now has a Windows app for Salesforce.com!
On select RingCentral plans, RingCentral softphone users can download and install the app at no cost. It integrates your RingCentral account with Salesforce’s cloud customer relationship management (CRM) service, automatically pulling up Salesforce contact details any time you receive a call.
The app also includes a call notes feature, enabling you to record and save call information within Salesforce.
RingCentral Salesforce integration can enhance productivity and help you work more efficiently. It’s a great add-on to any business toolkit.

If you should need additional assistance with Salesforce integration or the softphone, you can quickly and easily create a case from inside the Support Center. Simply look for the black Contact Support button – click it and you will see an “Open a Case” option. You can also check the status of an existing case by clicking the “Check my case status” link at the Contact Support page.
