Who we are looking for

With a diverse variety of projects and constant growth, we're looking for new Senior Site Reliability Engineers to join our team.
The SREs in our team are key players, who continuously identify and implement reliability, scalability, and performance improvements. If you work with us, you will gain experience with evolving global, distributed systems with high SLA guarantees, hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure, and modern reliability engineering practices.

Tasks & expectations

  • Maintain and support Linux-based services and ensure high system reliability and availability

  • Operate and optimize hybrid infrastructure across on-premise, AWS, and GCP environments

  • Participate in incident response and on-call rotations, helping maintain systems with an SLA of 99.999%

  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, and DevOps teams to design resilient systems and improve service reliability

  • Support capacity planning, cost optimization, and performance tuning for production workloads

  • Build and maintain automation tools and scripts for system provisioning, configuration, and monitoring

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a SRE/DevOps position
  • Solid experience working with Linux-based systems
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Shell)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and container-based deployment practices
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code solutions
  • Familiarity with using AI tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot in a professional context
  • Fluency in English language
