Yes, you can. RingCentral’s admin controls allow you to configure multiple lines, area codes and extensions quickly and easily.

If you have more than one business, in more than one area code, your RingCentral cloud phone system covers you even if you work in one primary location.

Yes. You can transfer (port) your existing freephone or local phone numbers to RingCentral.

  • Complete your purchase of RingCentral by selecting temporary phone numbers.
  • After purchase, log in to your account, go to My Settings and click on Transfer an Existing Number.
  • Complete the online wizard for each number you’d like to transfer.
  • We also recommend you set up your RingCentral system completely and forward your existing numbers to your temporary RingCentral numbers.
  • This will ensure no downtime after your existing numbers are ported to RingCentral.
  • Status of your transfer will appear in your online account.

The porting process takes approximately 2-4 weeks and is dependent on how quickly your current provider releases the phone numbers.

Important details and disclaimers
*RingCentral Office is now RingCentral MVP. All references to "RingCentral Office," whether in terms of service, advertising or product descriptions, mean "RingCentral MVP".
**Free trial is only available to new subscribers. Trial is limited to a maximum of five users and two desktop phones. Trial subscriptions include 50 minutes of domestic calls per user. Any free trial hardware must be returned within 21 days of trial cancellation in order to avoid hardware charges.
Acceptable Use policies apply on all plans.
Phone rental available only with multi-year contract.
Professional implementations for two users and above.
Overage costs: mobile, landline and fax on all versions AUD .05c per minute.
Australian inbound toll free calls are 3.7c AUD per minute.
International calls will be charged at the current rates published in our international rates table. Calls to international toll-free numbers will be charged per minute, based on the country’s rate.
Mobile User extensions should not be used for making and receiving phone calls. While adding a Mobile User extension is free, if a Mobile User extension is used to make or receive phone calls in a given month, you will be charged that month for that Mobile User extension at the same rate per month as you are charged for Digital Lines.
