Comprehensive end-to-end-encryption for messaging, phone and video<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-33189 size-full\" src=\"\/au\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/e2e.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019re proud to say that RingCentral is the first major UCaaS provider to announce comprehensive end-to-end-encryption (E2EE) for messaging, phone, and video.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With RingCentral\u2019s E2EE for video (available now), phone calls (coming soon), and messaging (coming soon), organisations can leverage RingCentral\u2019s native capabilities to simplify their technology stack with one offering. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E2EE is a powerful security and privacy control that prevents any unauthorised third <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">party\u2013including RingCentral\u2013from accessing communication content. Only an organisation\u2019s IT administrators have access to the encryption keys. RingCentral simply distributes the encrypted keys to the endpoint devices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Built using Message Layer Security (MLS) protocol, RingCentral E2EE is scalable and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">supports large groups and works for all RingCentral users, whether they communicate internally with colleagues or externally with guests (that are signed into a RingCentral account).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E2EE is available whether the conversation is ongoing, scheduled or spontaneous and lets participants easily and securely switch devices mid-conversation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contact your account manager to sign up for the closed beta. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RingCentral E2EE for phone and messaging will be generally available globally in the first half of 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"enhancements\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">2.
