Zenmove

RingCentral SMS for ZenMove CRM lets you send text messages to leads and customers right from your dashboard, using your RingCentral phone number.

Once connected, you can:

  1. Send 1:1 SMS from customer records (no copy/paste, no switching apps)
  2. Use saved message templates with placeholders
  3. Enable/disable SMS anytime without losing your connection
  4. Reconnect quickly if tokens expire or access changes
  5. Track delivery attempts with an outbound log (sent/failed + message ID and errors)

It’s designed to be fail-safe: if RingCentral is temporarily unavailable, ZenMove can show the error, log the attempt, and keep your workflow moving.
