Nuclei SMS Archiving for RingCentral

Overview

Nuclei provides Unify Office customers with the ability to automatically export, enrich, and archive all SMS communications taking place within RingCentral, including:  

1. SMS Messages
2. MMS Messages
3. Message Attachments

As a first step, the "Nuclei for RingCentral SMS" app must be authorized from RingCentral App Gallery. Afterwards, Nuclei will automatically export RingCentral SMS content into your existing compliance archive. 

Prerequisites

1. RingCentral Enhanced Business SMS 
2. RingCentral High Volume SMS
3. Authorization of Nuclei archiving app

Unify Office

The following types of Unify Office events are supported for archiving:

1. SMS Messages
2. MMS Messages
3. Message Attachments

SMS / MMS Messages

The following types of metadata are supported for each message: 

1. Message ID
2. Type
3. Creation Time
4. Priority
5. Direction
6. Subject
7. Conversation ID
8. Message Status
9. Message Attachments

The following types of metadata are also supported for each internal message participant: 

1. Name
2. Phone Number
3. Location

1. Phone Number
