This app allows Workd users access to Click to Call functionality throughout the application. An icon in the header manages the devices available to the user for Click to Call functionality throughout Workd. This gives easy access to switch between devices for convenience. Call logs are then made available for various reporting features based on the need.
- Click to Call functionality: Make calls directly from the Workd environment to streamline your process.
- Performance Reporting: Have access to reports that track the production of you and your team.
- Call Logs: Access to logs for tracking client engagement.
App Scope and Permissions
When authorized, this app will be granted the following permissions:
|Call Control||Control and manage phone calls in real-time|
|Read Accounts||View user account information, e.g. name, business name, and contact info|
|Ring Out||Perform two-legged ring out phone calls|
|Read Call Log||View user call log records|
