Compliance Archiving for TELUS Business Connect
Nuclei provides TELUS Business Connect customers with the ability to automatically export, enrich, and archive all voice communications taking place within TELUS Business Connect, including:
The integration is based on the TELUS Business Connect Voice API which enables Nuclei to receive and archive recordings and related metadata. To enable connectivity customers must install the Nuclei archiving app from the TELUS Business Connect App Gallery.
Afterwards, Nuclei will automatically retrieve and archive call recordings that take place enabling archival and further processing in other 3rd party applications.
