Notifications app integration for TELUS Business Connect
Notifications+allows you to configure notifications for inbound and outbound call events on your TELUS Business Connect® account. Notifications are customizable and delivered in real-time via SMS, email, webhook or TELUS Business Connect Team Messaging. A summary of available features includes:
- Alerts when sensitive or inappropriate numbers are called from your account, including who placed the call.
- Know who called for help and where they are in the event of an emergency.
- Customizable notification triggers, message content and delivery options.
- Bulk orchestration of notifications and settings.
- Simulation mode to test notifications without needing to actually trigger them.
Requirements
Chrome or Firefox web browser and a TELUS Business Connect® account.
Logging In
Log in to Notifications+using your TELUS Business Connect® credentials at the following URL:

New accounts automatically receive a free 14-day trial period upon first login. After the trial period expires, you must contact your Account Executive or Sales Representative to purchase a subscription for your account.

When authorized, this app will be granted the following permissions:
Edit Accounts | View and update account information, create, update and delete user extensions |
Read Presence | View user presence status |
Read Accounts | View user account information, e.g. name, business name, and contact info |
Telephony Sessions | Control advanced telephony session features |
SMS | Send and receive SMS/MMS messages |
Team Messaging | Post messages, as well as view, edit and delete Team Messaging related data |
Voicemail Broadcasting | Broadcast voicemail messages |
Read Call Log | View user call log records |
Webhook Subscriptions | Manage and subscribe to webhook notifications |
Glip | Deprecated: TeamMessaging permission should be used instead |
