Agile CRM for RingCentral brings integrated cloud business communications and CRM together, for users to manage all the call and SMS related activities inside CRM.

Click-to-dial to save time - Call your leads and customers from within Agile CRM in a single click. This enables your teams to remove repetitive, manual and time-consuming tasks thereby making them more efficient.

Screen pop-ups to know who is calling - Receive screen pop-ups for incoming calls to know who is calling you. Get all of the contact history within Agile CRM's so you are better prepared for the call.

Automate Follow-ups to increase efficiency - You can take notes while you’re on a call and they’ll be saved to your activity log with the click of a button. You can also schedule follow-up calls.

Bulk dialing to automate prospecting - You can call multiple customers at the same time from within Agile CRM to help in automating the sales prospecting.

Automated Voice Scripts - You can drop automated voice messages into your leads/customers’ inbox using Agile’s automated voice scripts

How does the app work?

The 2-step guide will help you to integrate, set up and run Agile’s RingCentral plugin:

1. The app runs in your Agile CRM account and uses anyTELUS  Business Connect endpoint (desk phone, Business Connect mobile app, Business Connect for Desktop, etc.) for dialing and call handling.

2. You can call end users from within Agile CRM by simply clicking on their phone numbers.

How does the RingCentral for Agile CRM integration work?

Login to your RingCentral Softphone account and go to Options > Calls .
Under 'Search for the caller in address book' (which should already be checked), check 'Launch another application or an URL'.

Add the following link under **'Execute Command',**substituting in your own Domain Name & API Key.
You can find your API key in the Admin panel under the API & Analytics tab -

The app directly integrates with your existing Agile CRM account.
Calls are made and received using the application and your internet connection.
 For example, to place a call from Agile CRM, simply click on a phone number anywhere it appears in the Agile CRM, and Business Connect will connect the call.
